RICKY SAPP
Defensive End, Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School
Class of 2006
Sapp, like Bowers at No. 6, was a phenomenal defensive end. It was actually while scouting him that I saw Bowers as a freshman. Sapp was the no. 1 ranked end in the country his senior year and a Shrine Bowl and U.S. Army All American selection. He was a three year starter at Clemson and finished his career with 142 tackles, 17.5 sacks, 38 tackles for loss, four forced fumbles and 16 quarterback hurries. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles and is a member of the Houston Texans now.
