C.J. Greenlee, linebacker, Seneca -
At 6-foot, 220 pounds, Greenlee has a height hurdle to overcome with the Division I schools. But this rising senior packs a big punch as a physical linebacker who comes downhill quickly and hits hard. He's got good read and diagnosing skills, and has landed an offer from Coastal Carolina. Look for more activity with this young man in the fall.
David Isreal, quarterback, Blythewood - Another athletic dual threat, this 6-2, 180, signal-caller will be a third-year starter for the Bengals. Definite Div. II caliber and potential as an FCS player. He has an offer from Jacksonville State.
Nick McLoud, defensive back, South Pointe - McLoud is a big-time prospect in the 2016 Class, with offers from Appalachian State and James Madison. His upside is a big frame at 6-2, with the ability to pop his hips and cover as a corner. He can also play safety.
Rodriquez (Dreke) Thomas, wide receiver, Westside - (pictured below) Thomas is an interesting prospect. At 6-3, 185, he possesses speed, great body control and good hands. The mystery is, he played limited snaps as a junior due to injury and it was his first year of football since eighth grade, transferring back to Westside after spending two years at Legacy Charter as a basketball player. Stock should rise with a solid summer and good early season play with the Rams.
Brandon Tillman, athlete, River Bluff - At 6-1, 205, Tillman is one of the top athletes in the state. He is effective at quarterback for the Gators, but look for Tillman to find another home on defense at the next level. I like him as a strong safety or outside linebacker. He certainly possesses the physical attributes to play those spots, but seeing him work those positions will increase his stock.
