At 5-11, 178, Summerville freshman wide receiver caught my attention last off-season as a rising 9th grader in the QB1 QB-WR Training camps.
He started some for the Greenwave this past season and was the first freshman to do so since A.J. Green in 2004. Burnette has sticky hands, good speed, and is very athletic. He can move through wide receiver drills almost effortless displaying excellent body control.
This past season, he had 8 receptions for 140 yards on varsity.
He's only going to get better as he matures with age. He will definitely be one of the better wide receivers, despite his youth, at the 2014 All State Football Combine.
