Chester 2014 strong safety Devin Rambert (5-11, 179) is one to watch for this class of defensive backs. He finished with 76 tackles last year and his video as a run support guy is great. He's got a solid skill set in tackling, is aggressive to the ball, and I like his physical brand of play.
